  • Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych says a deal has been reached to resolve the crisis in the country.

  • Mr Yanukovych said the agreement would be signed at 12:00 (10:00 GMT).

  • The opposition - and European Union foreign ministers mediating the talks - have not commented.

  • Dozens of people are killed in clashes between protesters and police in Kiev on Thursday - the bloodiest day of the unrest in Ukraine.

  • EU foreign ministers imposed sanctions on Ukrainian officials "responsible for violence and excessive force".
