Rihanna Breaks LAPD President’s Phone Screen, Replaces It With $25,000 Donation
Rihanna showed her generous side recently after she replaced a broken phone screen with a $25,000 donation.
Rihanna had tried to use L.A. Police Commission President Steve Soboroff’s phone to take a selfie of the two of them at the Los Angeles Clippers – Oklahoma City Thunder playoff match on Monday, but accidentally dropped the phone and cracked its screen.
Riri didn’t exactly replace the broken phone, but apologized to Soboroff on Twitter and then made a donation of $25,000 to the Los Angeles Police Foundation which benefits cadets from underprivileged backgrounds and the families of fallen officers.
