North West has managed to do the unthinkable and draw attention away from her parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Well, it was her birthday after all.

Kim has shared an adorable picture of her daughter next to a very fancy rainbow cake with all eyes from guests placed firmly on the 1-year-old.

Except for Kris Jenner’s that is who seemed busy texting/tweeting/playing Candy Crush in the background.

North’s huge belated birthday bash, nicknamed ‘Kidchella’ included a Ferris wheel, face painting and even a slush puppy station. Not to mention entertainment in the form of lip-syncing Kendall and Kylie Jenner:

So what did the world’s most fabulous baby get up to on her actual big day?

After spending the day at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, North and dad Kanye were clealry spent with Kim posting an adorable snap of the two snoozing together.

Alongside the pic Kim wrote a message dedicated to her baby daughter and new husband to celebrate not only North’s birthday but also American Father’s Day.

She wrote: “This is what life is about! Our baby girl turned 1 today! We played so hard they passed out while we were watching the game! Happy Father's Day to the best daddy in the world!
