And after the internet pretty much went into meltdown over her busty new look, it seems that Nicole Kidman has decided to *ahem* cover up.Massively over-compensating for her ridiculously plunging top at the ball in Melbourne, the A-lister wore an overly conservative dress with the highest possible neckline.
Yeah, you're not fooling anyone, Nicole.
The 46-year-old looked like she's come over all demure in the nice but rather dullsville black dress which was basically showing off no skin at all.

In stark contrast, the actress' dress on Friday basically left
nothing to the imagination, giving her a boost in all the right places.You know what we're saying, yeah.
And while the nude-coloured Grecian dress was very pretty, it left us with our jaws firmly on the floor and with a serious *blushface.*

The dress was so revealing that it sparked speculation that the star had been under the surgeon's knife.But despite her new booby look, Nicole has always maintained that she's never had plastic surgery and is...er... completely natural.
The star, who also set tongues wagging during Cannes thanks to her rather rigid face, has admitted to using botox in the past but said that she was done with it.
