Lil Wayne set To Release 9 Albums Before 2016
Lil Wayne has revealed plans to release 2 albums before 2014 runs out and 7 albums in 2015.
“We gon’ drop two albums this year, and we gon’ probably drop like seven next year,” Wayne said in a Weezy Wednesdays video posted on his YouTube page.
“Honestly, the reason why it became two albums is because I went to work on Tha Carter V,” said the rapper, whose last solo studio album, I Am Not a Human Being II, came out in March 2013. “I don’t stop working. Either The Carter V going to be 93 songs, or we going to have to figure this out.”
Last week, Wayne announced his 31-city Drake vs Wayne tour that kicks off in August.
